About SWIM NOW

Head coached by our homegrown Olympian Yeoh Ken Nee.

Students will reap the benefit of being taught by a coach with more than 20 years of professional experience in the pool. Join SWIM NOW and learn from an international level athlete who has trained with other Malaysia’s Olympians such as Bryan Nickson Lomas, Pandalela Rinong and Leong Mun Yee.

Having structured our swimming programs to suit adults and children of all swimming abilities. Our swimming classes are for you whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or advance leveled swimmer.

It’s never too late to start swimming!

Swimming is one of the most popular forms of aerobic exercise, and regardless of swimming experience or ability, anyone can swim. From competitive athletes to the physically challenged individuals, elderly who wishes to have lower impact aerobic workout to pregnant women who wish to strengthen their abdominal muscle. It is a sport for everyone!

FAQs

What is the minimum age for kids to take part?

Our programme is suitable for kids from 6 years old onwards.

What is the age range for adults?
Aged 18 years old and above would be considered under the Adults category.
How long does it take to learn swimming?
Every child and aduts is unique and therefore it is very difficult to say how long will it take to learn. There may be some that start out slow and some progressively fast. It depends on individually.
What is the duration of each lesson?
Each session last an hour.
How many students are there in a class?

Each class is limited to 3 kids or adults only.

What do I need for my swimming lessons?
You require a pair of goggles, noodle/kicking board and swimming fins.
